Member of Parliament for Obuasi West, Kweku Kwarteng has expressed worry over the 2015 budget statement, claiming it didn't address national issues. According to the MP, the budget statement though captured some sectors of the economy, however failed to point out measures to resolve the energy crises as well as other crippling economic challenges facing Ghanaians. He indicated that the economic challenges like the erratic power supply and petroleum product prices keep lingering. To him, the 2015 budget will not bring relief to Ghanaians.
