A fellow of the Ghana Consulting Engineers Association, Engineer Kwesi Abbey Sam, says the use of indigenous consulting engineers in the development of the country should not be overlooked. This is because a country's continuous growth depends on the ability to design, construct and maintain a very efficient infrastructure using indigenous consultants. He was speaking at the launch of an International Federation of Consulting Engineers in Accra.
