The founder and CEO of Holy Gospel Anointed Mountain Of Abundant Faith and Blessings International Believers Ministries, Reverend Archbishop Major General Dr. T. B. Duncan-Judas has reportedly filed a complaint against the government alleging trademark infringement of the nickname of his church. T. B. Duncan-Judas claims the unauthorised use of the name �Ministry of Power� is likely to �confuse and deceive potential church-goers to travel to the offices of the government ministry� instead of his church auditorium. The leader of the church explained he is �expecting a large turn out during this Christmas season and does not want anything to divert traffic from the church services.�
