I Was Not Booed Gen Mosquito

Confusion rocked the NDCs National Youth Organizer Congress election held in Kumasi over the weekend. Some two aspirants of the Deputy National Organizers position raised red flags over the election process and the results. According to Hello FM reporter, Isaac Owusu, the Electoral Commissioner had to be whisked away with the ballot boxes with the assistance of the Police service; preventing them from declaring the results. Speaking on the issue in an interview on PEACE FM morning show Kokrokoo, the General Secretary of the National Democratic Congress (NDC), Johnson Asiedu Nketia popularly known as General Mosquito said the Electoral Commission must declare the results for those who are not happy to decide on what to do next. Condemning the act, Mr. Asiedu Nketia gave the assurance that the National Executive Council of the party will be meeting the Electoral Commission to resolve the issue immediately so it does not affect the partys upcoming Congress in December, 20, 2014. Meanwhile, General Mosquito has denied being booed by some party supporters during an election in Wa on Saturday. Speaking on Citi Breakfast Show on Monday, he indicated that these things you shouldnt worry yourself about because whatever decisions you take, people who want to create mischief can interpret it one way or the other.
