Kwaw Kese Will Come Out Better Kontihene

Ghanaian Hiplife musician Kontihene has called for support for his colleague Kwaw Kese following his brush with the law, saying that the self-acclaimed king of the streets will come out better at the end his current ordeal. I think this year, hes been through a lot but I know God has a special plan for him. All that hes going through, hell come out clean and hell be a wonderful person after that. Its not going to break him; its going to make him strong and better. Speaking in an interview on Citi FM, Kontihene (Emmanuel Nana Appiah Boateng) also quashed any rumors of a rift between himself and the embattled artiste. Kwaw is my brother, I always repeat this. Kwaw is a colleague in music. He is a proud son of our country and I respect him. We are human, we get off track sometimeswhen hes down Im down and when he up Im up. Kwaw Kese has been remanded in prison custody since November 2014 following his arrest by the Ashanti Regional police department. He has been charged with unlawful use of a substance suspected to be Indian hemp. In March, the artiste lost his manager, Fennec Okyere in a shooting. According to Kontihene, he remains positive that Kwaw Kese will emerge from the current ordeal with a testimony. Kontihene will be performing alongside Shatta Wale, Stonebwoy, Guru, M.anifest, MzVee, Keche and comedian DKB at the Decemba 2 Rememba concert on the 24th of December at the Accra International Conference Center. The 2014 edition of Decemba 2 Rememba #D2R2014 is sponsored by Airtel, Dynamite energy drink and Kupenda Condoms.
