James Kwabena Bomfeh, Former National Youth Organizer of the Convention People's Party (CPP), has described Akua Donkor as a "mockery of Ghana's politics." Speaking on Peace FM's Morning Show "Kokrokoo", James Kwabena Bomfeh, aka Kabila slammed Madam Akua Donkor, Founder and Leader of the Ghana Freedom Party (GFP) over her comments at the just-ended National Delegates Congress of the ruling National Democratic Congress (NDC). Madam Akua Donkor, delivering her solidarity message at the Baba Yara Sports Stadium in Kumasi where the Congress was held, blamed former President J.A Kufour and Ghana's first President Dr. Kwame Nkrumah for the woes of the country. She insisted that the "Boys abr3" slogan used to characterize the hardships facing Ghanaians under President Mahama's administration originated from these two leaders. �Whoever will say Boys abr3 under president Mahama must be a stranger�Boys abr3 started from President Kwame Nkrumah. He changed our currency from pounds to cedis�then the boy�s started suffering till date,� she noted. She therefore hoped the best for the governing party, come 2016 general elections. Reacting to Akua Donkor's comments, Kabila vehemently appealed to the Electoral Commission to apparently disregard her and her party (GFP) from the electoral processes in the country. According to him, Akua Donkor does not have a considerable number of party representatives and so, "she's not qualified" to be part of the Inter-Party Advisory Committee (IPAC) meetings conducted by the Electoral Commission (EC). �From today, the next IPAG meeting that we will go and Akua Donkor will be present; Dr. Afari Gyan, [take this note], I�m going to protest and she must leave," he promised. He narrated an incident where during one of the IPAC meetings, Akua Donkor could not hide her sheer ignorance when she sought to provide solutions to curb multiple registrations in the voter register. Recounting what Madam Akua Donkor said, Kabila told host Kwami Sefa Kayi that she attributed the cause of multiple registrations to a "mother carrying a baby on her back to vote" in an election. �If this is the understanding that such a person has about what can cause multiple registrations, how fit is she to sit in IPAG meeting to discuss how we can clean the register?� Kabila queried.
