UBA Ghana on Friday January 2, 2015 outdoored a new corporate attire for its front office operations staff in all of its banking halls across the country. Explaining the rationale behind this, the MD/CEO Mrs. Abiola Bawuah indicated that the bank decided to outdoor this new attire on this first working day of the year to symbolize the banks new commitment for service delivery. �At UBA, we pay close attention to service quality hence the need to go a step further in grooming the staff who on daily basis interact with our customers. It is our believe that the energy and confidence the corporate attire has generated already will impact the excellent customer service delivery disposition for 2015'" she concluded. The Chief Operations Officer, Mr. Adedayo Adesipo in a message to the front office staff advised them to ensure that customer experience on the shop floors become a point of reference in the industry. The Operations staff in a short interaction expressed their appreciation to the bank for adorning them with a new corporate attire which strongly elicits the UBA brand personality of energy, boldness and confidence.
