DSP Tehoda who claims she was wrongfully dismissed from the service is seeking an order from the court for her reinstatement. Citi News Fred Djabanor who was in court said When the case was today [Friday] called, the defense lawyers from the Attorney Generals department told the court their second witness who was expected to be in court hadnt arrived and they were not sure of the time he would do so. The defense lawyers according Fred Djabanor explained to the court that the witness, a BNI [Bureau of National Investigations] operative who investigated the issue when it first broke is finding it difficult getting clearance from his superiors to appear in court. Meanwhile, during hearing on Thursday, a principal witness from the police service during cross-examination admitted to the court that Mrs Tehoda was not given a fair hearing before she was dismissed from the police service.
