I Miss The Black Stars - Kwesi Appiah

Kwesi Appiah Former Black Stars coach, James kwesi Appiah has disclosed that he really misses the Black Stars now that he is no longer with the team. Kwesi Appiah revealed that it was the wish of every Ghanaian to be close to the team so as a Ghanaian himself, he misses being with the team. Every Ghana would love to be around the team always and as a Ghanaian myself, I miss the team and wish i were with them, he said in an exclusive interview with Happy FM. The silent Killer, as he is affectionately called by the Black Stars players, refused to be apprehensive about the imminent unavailability of Asamoah Gyan and John Boye for the Stars game against their Senegalese counterparts. Asamoah Gyan and John boye are important players of the team but their unavailability shouldnt bring despair since all the other players are competent enough. I believe that for every team you need to create competition in your team in such a way that the absence of one or two of them will not affect the team negatively, Mr. Appiah stated. He further entreated all Ghanaians to forgive the Black Stars and rather pray and rally support for the team at this critical stage. At this stage, the teams needs our prayers and support so lets forget everything that has happened in the past and help them to succeed, Mr. Appiah concluded. Kwesi was speaking from Egypt where he is on a training tour with his Sudanes club side Khartoum Watan.
