Sixteen Ghanaians Arrested In China

Sixteen Ghanaians are alleged to be languishing in China cells for about a month now for not having working permits.

According to reports, police in China are demanding 7000 yen each before they are released

A Ghanaian resident who gave his name as Andrews Adjei Adams confirmed this to Adom News

He indicated that since his colleagues have been in custody since December 8, 2014 and all efforts to get them released has proven futile.

Andrews Adjei Adams is therefore calling on government to come to their aid.
