The first ever biggest marathon competition in the sub-region is to be hosted by Ghana this year 2015. Thousands of both local and international marathoners are expected to run a 21K Km and 5K Km stretch marathon across the capital city.

Running presents a person with an avalanche of opportunities that helps to strengthen the bones and marrow, muscles and joints, the body and mind.
