Olympique Marseille midfielder Andre Ayew is expected to lead the Black Stars in today's international friendly against Senegal.
 
The 25-year-old will be standing in for General Captain, Asamoah Gyan who has been ruled out the game after sustaining an injury at his Club Al Ain.

Ayew having captained the Black Stars against the Teranga Lions at the 2015 Cup of Nations will be hoping to lead the team to avenge a painful 2-1 loss suffered at the hands of their counterparts in Equatorial Guinea.

The two West African giants lock horns at the Stade Oceane in Le Havre in a FIFA free-day international friendly.

Kick-off for the game is at exactly 7:30 pm Ghana time.
