"Olympics Worried My Team" - David Duncan

Asante Kotoko coach David Duncan says his team was not able to penetrate the Olympics defence because the Accra-based side came into the game to basically worry his side.

Duncan, who managed Olympics before joining Kotoko last month, claims Olympics came in to frustrate Kotoko and that made it difficult for his side to penetrate the watertight defence.

Great Olympics managed to frustrate Asante Kotoko to a throbbing 0-0 game at the Baba Yara Stadium as veteran defender Dan Quaye and goalkeeper Richard Kingson kept their cool to pick a vital away point in the week 13 of the FCP Premier League.

"They gave us a lot of worry trying to get through their rear", Duncan said.

"We tried a number of options but we couldn't penetrate because they clearly came in to worry us and we don't have that individual qualities to unlock tight defences like that"

"I think we could have won the game by the end of first half giving in the chances few created and these are the kind of situations we have to look at"
