Ghanaian Murdered in South Africa laid to rest

A 48- year- old South African based Ghanaian who was murdered in South Africa has been laid to rest in Durban Sunday.

Emmanuel Kwame Quako died in the recent xenophobic attacks in the country which led to the death of many.

Though his death according to South Africa authorities is not linked to the attacks, some Ghanaians are calling for justice.

One Ghanaian who spoke to Adom News on the sidelines during the funeral service called for a thorough investigation into the sudden demise of his friend.

He believes Kwame was deliberately murdered by a South African for being a foreigner.
