Mahama Eptiomizes Corruption Himself; Vote Him Out - Kwamena Duncan Charges Teacher Trainees

Central Regional Secretary of the New Patriotic Party (NPP), Kwamena Duncan has implored teacher trainees in the nation to vote out the Mahama administration, come 2016.

Speaking to Peace FM on "Kokrokoo" programme, Kwamena Duncan noted that the Mahama-led government has since proven to be inconsiderate towards the plight of the teacher trainees.

According to him, President John Mahama and his government have turned Ghana into a "bank" where they doll out loans for free to a tune of GHC 50,000, at the expense of the teacher trainees.

“…Today, you ask school boys and girls who are being trained and who for some time had enjoyed allowances that you can no longer give the allowances. You’re now asking them to pay GHC 550 every semester; utility bills and if you’re listening to me and you’re a trainee [if you’re listening to me, whoever you are] whether this is a government whether of maintaining the office after 2016.”

Kwamena Duncan further recounted some corruptible practices including the deceptive moves by the Mahama administration since assuming control over the nation.

To him, the current administration has been so characterized by corruption that President Mahama has now become an embodiment of corruption himself.

Kwamena Duncan bemoaned the inability of the President to fix the economy as he promised Ghanaians.

“You should not be left in doubt that in fact, he epitomizes corruption himself…Every turn of the way, President Mahama does not give cause for the people to believe that he’s prepared to fight corruption. He’s gone to appoint an advisor who indeed has a big corruption matter hanging around his neck.

“I tell you President Mahama and corruption, but for democracy, quickly this country must bring this man to where appropriately he belongs.”
