Peace FMs GM Was Nobel, A Father & God Fearing NDCs Kuntu Blankson

Met him at the lounge of Peace FM’s studio’s day after the death of Peace FM’s General Manager, Mr. Kwasi Brenya, NDC’s former Member of Parliament for Ekumfi, George Kuntu Blankson could not help but sorrowfully croon the famous hymn “Now the laborer's task is o'er...”.

...Now the battle day is past; Now upon the farther shore Lands the voyager at last. Earth to earth, and dust to dust, calmly now the words we say; left behind, we wait in trust for the resurrection-day. Father, in thy gracious keeping leave we now thy servant [Mr. Kwasi Brenya] sleeping,” he hummed

Kuntu Blankson described Mr. Brenya as “Nobel, hardworking, a father and God fearing” person who has impacted positively on humanity.

Mr. Kwasi Brenya took ill weeks ago and was admitted at the 37 Military Hospital where he was responding to treatment until his unfortunate demise Tuesday afternoon.

His death came as a shock to the Chief Executive Officer of Despite Group of Companies, Dr. Osei Kwame Despite and he entire staff.

Speaking to Peacefmonlone.com, the former NDC MP opined that, “When your time comes to die, be not like those whose hearts are filled with fear of death, so that when their time comes they weep and pray for a little more time to live their lives over again in a different way. Mr. Kwasi Brenya sang his death song and died like a hero going home”.

He further said “Mr. Brenya has lived a legacy for people to emulate. Now it’s left with us to make him [Mr. Brenya] proud in his grave. He treated all manner of people equally…without any segregation, without rancor and without petty jealousy

He however advised that “Every person put in position must live well with all the people put under your care as Mr. Brenya did with his workers and the general public. May his soul Rest In Peace”.
