Theres An Evil Spirit Tormenting NPPWe Must Pray Harder Arthur K

Former Flagbearer aspirant of the opposition New Patriotic Party (NPP), Dr. Arthur Kobina Kennedy believes his party is being anguished by an “evil spirt” that is causing the recent division within the party.

According to him, media reports about infighting in the elephant fraternity is likely to affect the party’s chances of winning the 2016 election if party members do not call upon the Lord in prayers.

Dr. Arthur Kennedy was reacting to the brouhaha following his latest article wherein he accused the party’s flag-bearer, Nana Addo Dankwa Akufo-Addo of plotting to oust some national executives.

In an interview with Kwame Nkrumah Tikese on OKAY FM’s "Ade Akye Abia" morning show, the former flag-bearer hopeful outlined five [5] must-do principles that could help the chances of the NPP in 2016.

In my view, the NPP must do five things to help the party. There must be respect for mandate…we [NPP] should all respect mandate given to individuals in the party. Again, there should be a reconciliation. Nana Addo must lead that.

…thirdly, there should be a rebuilding trust. Trust has broken down within our party leaders. It seems there is no elder in the NPP party. Our leaders must start doing elderly works.

"...Lastly, we must pray for the party because it seems there is an evil spirit tormenting the party and controlling the leaders. There is confusion in the NPP,” he lamented on OKAY FM.

Dr. Arthur Kennedy however noted that, the brouhaha surrounding his recent statement, “respect of mandate” is unfortunate.
