Invisible Forces: Afoko & Agyepong Being Chased By Their Own Shadows...Don't Blame Us!!!

Leader of the private security group, "Invisible Forces", said to have taken hostage of the New Patriotic Party's National Headquarters, has dismissed reports that they prevented Chairman Afoko and General Secretary, Kwabena Agyapong from accessing their offices at the Headquarters.

According to Ahmed Dennis, they (Invisible Forces or IF) have no authority to prevent people from coming to the Headquarters as being speculated by sections of the media.

Speaking on Okay Fm’s Ade Akye Abia Morning Show, Ahmed Dennis asserted that the beleaguered National Chairman Paul Afoko and General Secretary Kwabena Agyapong may be running from their own shadows.

“Invisible has no authority to prevent these people from coming to the office but maybe it is their own shadows that is chasing them but we are there to provide security to Afoko and to the entire party…nobody has stopped them from coming to the office and maybe they have decided not to operate from here (Headquarters) due to personal reasons,” he stated.

He revealed that the IF has since 2002, been providing security services to the NPP under the name “Men In Black” but recently changed the name to “Invisible Forces”; assuring that the security service is there for the party and not to molest national executives.

In a related development, 2016 Flagbearer of the opposition NPP, Nana Addo Dankwa Akufo-Addo in a press confab on Friday May 29, 2015 has asked party members to allow the National Chairman and General Secretary of the party to do their work as expected.

According to him, Paul Afoko and Kwabena Agyepong must be allowed to enter the party headquarters to discharge the duties they have been elected to do without any hindrance.
