Report: 35 Constituencies In Ashanti Region Still Want Afoko & Agyepong Out
Despite pleas from the flagbearer of the New Patriotic Party to his followers to allow their embattled General Secretary and National Chairman continue with their administrative works, 35 constituencies from the Ashanti Region continue to hold onto their desire of seeing the two leaders demoted from their positions.
This was contained in a release signed by the Ashanti Regional Chairman for the NPP, Bernard Antwi Boasiako and the Regional Secretary, Samuel Pyne. The letter titled Report and Resolution from the Ashanti Regional Executive Committee accused the two leaders of plunging the party into too many controversies.
