Following yesterday’s torrential rains in the capital city of Ghana, Accra, and a suburb called A-Lang near Santa Maria was seriously affected by the down pour as 4 adults died and a 3-year-old girl got missing.

Peacefmonline.com reporter in an interview with some occupants in the area revealed that a certain woman believed to be in her 50s was among the 4 persons who perished through the rainfall.

According to an eyewitness account, the four of them were walking through the rain holding hands after several attempts to stop them but unfortunately, one of them slipped and dragged the rest along with him.

A walk into the community revealed that the residents at A-Lang have their rooms filled with water as many properties worth millions of cedis have been destroyed.
