FCPL: Hearts of Lions 3 - 1 Kotoko: Lions Cage Kotoko In Kpando

Hearts of Lions were able to avenge a 4-0 defeat at the hands of Asante Kotoko after beating the Porcupine Warriors 3-1 at the Kpando Park. Osman Muntaka, Isaac Quansah and Prince Acquah scored for Lions whiles Ahmed Toure got a late consolation for the away side from the penalty spot.
 
A 27th minute goal by BA United midfielder Mohammed Mustapha was cancelled out by a strike from Medeama winger Jacob Appau as both teams shared honours at the Sunyani Coronation Park.

Elsewhere at the Essipong Stadium, Samual Afful’s lone strike was enough to earn the three maximum points for Sekondi Hasaacas as they pip Bechem United 1-0 at home.

Inter Allies could not secure themselves the 3 maximum points at home as they were held to a 1-1 draw by Berekum Chelsea.  Sherrif Doe Mohammed and Latif Salifu were on target for Inter Allies and Chelsea respectively.

Goals from Yakubu Wadudu and Stephen Nyarko saw Wa All Stars cruise to a 2-0 win over WAFA at the WA Park.

Goalkeeper Richard Kingston saved a late penalty to help Great Olympics grab a point at the Lane Clay Stadium after drawing goalless with New Edubiase.

Aduana Stars and Liberty Professionals shared the spoils at the Dormaa Park after the game ended in a 0-0 stalemate.
