Zoomlion Gets Busy

Waste collector, Zoomlion Ghana limited, has unfolded a programme to collect the heaps of garbage across Accra, following last Wednesday’s flood which left scores of persons dead.

According to the Head of Communications, Zoomlion Ghana Limited, Robert Coleman, in a statement released on Monday and copied to Daily Guide, the clean-up exercise which began last Friday would last for a period of about three weeks.

He said Zoomlion had sent its waste trucks out to places like Iran Clinic, Circle, Kaneshie market and Odowna to collect debris caused by the deadly flood.

Mr Coleman pointed out that his outfit was partnering with the Accra Metropolitan Assembly (AMA) headed by Dr Oko Vanderpuije, in undertaking the exercise.

He has therefore called on all Ghanaians to support Zoomlion throughout the duration of the exercise
