"I�m Going Back To My Root"- Becca

For sometime now, sections of the public have been on Becca�s nerve to be her old self and come out with songs that they are more or less related to. In an interview with KOD on Live fm�s Live 360 show, the beautiful songstress has revealed that she is going back to her root in terms of the songs she churns out. �A lot of people have been telling me they want the old Becca, I�ve been thinking about it, and I have finally decided to go back to my root, and this will be reflected in the new songs that I will bring out from now onwards,� she revealed. On why she did not extend her contract with EKB record label, she said, �I had a contract which ended and I did not renew it, my split with Kiki was a mutual one and we are still cool.� She added that it was a time to move on and that there is time for everything. Becca after leaving Kiki Banson�s EKB record label has now signed onto a new record label, Kolophonic. Commenting on her new record label signing, she said, �Kolophonic is a record and distributing label, and I think it�s just the right label for me.� The Morning Star and Wesley Girls old girl is set to organize Musical All Star concert come June 30 at the Accra Sports Stadium in support of the fire and flood victims and as well will release a single with Nigerian rapper, Ice Prince.
