Some aged women made history on Wednesday when they embarked on a demonstration against the challenges facing Ghana's National Health Insurance Scheme and the ongoing power crisis.
The country has witnessed various forms of protests but never have we seen old men or women demonstrating.
The old women were cladded in red and black attires and their demonstration was dubbed "Merewafo re su" (old women are in tears)
