Stars Of The Future Pay Tribute To Jackson

Contestants of the Stars of the Future, one of Ghanas leading music reality shows, last Friday staged brilliant live musical performances to pay tribute to the departed King of Pop, Michael Jackson. They were spared eviction due to the exciting performances they put up on the Michael Jackson Memorial Night last Friday. The National Theatre saw its biggest audience, with all the seats filled and some patrons still standing throughout the show. It was clear right from the beginning of the competition that the contestants meant business. They were poised for action and their confidence was over the top. It was all fun and excitement as each contestant mounted the stage to perform a Michael Jackson song they had chosen and trained specially for the night. After the show, the 10 contestants - Daniel, Akosua, Nyaneba, Christian, Lillian, Enoch, Rose, Luigi, Pearl and Bertha - were given a new lease on life when they were spared eviction. Make a date this Friday after work at the National Theatre as all the favourite Ghanaian music stars will be there to witness the live performances of the contestants. This means that when they gather on stage this Friday to perform on the theme Ghanaian Music Night, there will still be 10 contestants vying for the title of Music Star of the Future. The audience is urged to send the name of their favourite contestant whose performance will be most exciting to the short code 1750 on MTN and all other networks, and on Friday one of them will win GH100 worth of MTN credit. Stars of the Future is a Charterhouse production with sponsorship from MTN and supported by Coca Cola, Somovision and Castle Milk Stout. To hear a playback and download performances of your favourite contenders on their phones, one can call the code 1750 and follow the instructions.
