Coach Sir Cecil Jones Attuquayefio, Technical Director of Liberty Professionals FC has dispelled rumours suggesting that he has been flown out of the country for medical treatment.
�I do not think my condition is such that I should be taken outside the country for people to be asked for contributions for my treatment�. A statement signed by coach Attuquayefio stated.
The statement said �I have been treated by capable doctors at the Korle Bu Teaching Hospital, who have been taking good care of my recovery. �I have full confidence in and I believe if there is the need for further treatment outside, my doctors will recommend that�. It added. The coach said as much as he appreciates the good intentions of goalkeeper William Amamoo, he does not think his condition requires any form of external treatment.
