I Miss My DadBut Not Sad About His Death Ex-Prez Mills' Son

Sam Kofi Atta Mills, the only son of Ghanas late President, Prof. John Evans Atta Mills has said he really misses the departure of his loving father but I dont wake up to feel sad about my dads death.

Why? he explained that, his father lived a life worth emulating so therefore feels proud of him rather than to be sad.

I am really proud of my dad and what he achieved. I miss my dad but I dont feel sad. He taught me a lot. I missed our phone calls and me singing for him on his birthday, he said on NEAT FMs morning show Ghana Mo Tie

According to Sam Kofi Mills, his father believed in the principles of humanitarianism hence in remembrance of him, he will reach out to the underprivileged.

Prof. Mills always reached out to the poor and underprivileged, especially on his birthday where he fondly celebrates with the poor. Since he is no more, I will continue with that, he told host Kwasi Aboagye

Kofi Mills further revealed that he is set to make a donation to an orphanage in the Central region as part of arrangements to celebrate the life and death of Prof Mills on the occasion of his 71st Birthday.

President John Evans Atta Mills passed away Tuesday July 24, 2012 after he was rushed to the 37 Military Hospital. He was 68.

To him, all the hearsays about what truly caused his fathers death is unfortunate - I dont listen to what people are saying about his [Prof Mills] death
