Im Not Horror

Reggae Dancehall artiste, Mustapha Abdul Rahman, known in the music industry as Rudebwoy Ranking aka (Horror), says he is not like what people think he is.

According to him, because of the way he does his things on stage people have mistakenly considered him as “wicked and horror.”

He said this yesterday on “The Bunch,” one of the flagships programme on Spyder Lee Entertainment Television (SET) TV.

In his opinion, there is what “we call music lifestyle and personal lifestyle.”

He explained that music lifestyle is what an artiste portrays when he or she is on stage singing whilst personal lifestyle is “your own character or your own life of doing things.”

The nature of a song, he said, determines the kind of attitude one needs to put on stage to make his or her fans happy.

“…so please don’t have any different mindset about me whenever you see me performing on stage,” he appealed.

He also urged his fans to listen to his new song, “Holy Ghost” adding that he sounded calm in that song.

Rudebwoy expressed his admiration for other dancehall artistes in the country like Shatta Wale, Stonebwoy and Samini.

“Stonebwoy recently received Black Entertainment Television Awards (BET) in America and I respect him for that and also, it motivates me to work hard to feature him in my music,” Rudebwoy said.

Some of his songs include Smoke My Sorrow, Morrsassa, Dambanza and Holy Ghost Fire, which is yet-to-be released.
