Ghanaians Mob Akua Donkor For Selfie At Circle Interchange Partial Opening

Love or hate her – the self-acclaimed “chief advisor” of President John Dramni Mahama has already made it clear that she will never miss any state function provided President John Dramni Mahama is present.

Founder and leader of the Ghana Freedom Party (GFP), Madam Akua Donkor, made headlines when she traveled with the President and some state officials to Italy recently.

Adding to her state events portfolio, the farmer-politician was today among dignitaries who graced the partial opening of the two flyovers at the Kwame Nkrumah Circle in Accra.

Motorists and pedestrians who might have heard Madam Akua Donkor’s voice on radio or seen her on TV swarmed the GFP leader after the opening of the interchange to take selfies.

Clad in a sea blue African print styled “Kaba and Slit” with the ruling National Democratic Congress [NDC] paraphernalia draped around her, the ‘jocular-politician’ gave a heartwarming smile to the crowd who took pictures with her.
