Asante Kotoko will be seeking compensation from former assistant coach Isaac Opeele Boateng for abruptly terminating his contract. According to the club the former Tema Youth coach breach the terms of two-year contract agreed in January this year. Kotoko are expected to begin legal action against Opeele who joined city-rivals King Faisal early this week. "A cursory look at the contract indicates that coach Opeele still has some sixteen months to serve at Kotoko," Management member Helena Cobbina told the club's newspaper. �His contract with Kotoko runs from 1st January 2009 and it is for two years. Besides Kotoko did not under any circumstance create any of the two conditions that allows Opeele to unilaterally walk out of the agreement." Opeele has been contacted by the club and he is yet to respond to them.
