�World Trade Centre� Commissioned

Hundreds of music lovers trooped to the Boomerang Nite Club on Saturday to witness the official launch of the much awaited �World Trade Centre� album by 4x4, already enjoying massive air play in the country. The group, 4x4 which was initially made up of two - Captain Planet and Abortion has seen the addition of the silky voice Prince Tamakloe also known as Fresh Prince. He was incorporated into the group after featuring in their �Hot girls dot com� album. The group, trained by Buk Bak have four albums so far and their latest addition, they say, will propel them onto the international scene. Their songs include Sikeletele, Contestant 1, Hot Girls dot com and now World Trade Centre. Touching on what inspired the album�s hit song �World Trade Centre�, Abortion said it all started when he did the chorus of the song. He later contacted Fresh Prince and Captain Planet to make their input till it was finally recorded by Apietus. The group did a mega concert for music lovers who trooped the Boomerang nite club for the album launch. They performed songs from all their albums to the excitement and admiration of their fans, all dressed in white. The launch also saw some of the big names in the Ghanaian music industry like Castro, Becca, Praye, Screwface, VIP, 55, Quata and many others in attendance. A copy of the album is being sold for Ghc2 and 4x4 hopes the low price will help fight piracy.
