Buah Must Go Unopposed

Friends of Buah Association, a Youth Movement in the Ellembelle Constituency, has urged the rank and file of the National Democratic Congress(NDC) in Ellembelle to allow the sitting Member of Parliament(MP) Mr. Emmanuel Armah-Kofi Buah to run unopposed in the impending primaries. According to the group, the MP who doubles as the Minister of Petroleum, has demonstrated a true quality leadership style through hard work, selflessness, dedication, humility, and above all, honesty, since he took the mantle of leadership in 2009. The call is contained in a statement signed by the President to the group, Mr Adenyina Minla, and copied to the Ghana News Agency at Nkroful. It will be recalled that the National Executives of the ruling government recently held a news conference announcing the filing of nominations and elections of MPs to contest the 2016 parliamentary elections. The Association observed that Mr. Buah's commitment and love for nation building, had reflected positively on the electorate from within and outside the constituency, thereby making Nzemaland a potential industrial. It said through the MP's close link with President Mahama, Nzemaland was now the new development and growth pole of the country, and for that matter, ,they could not afford this development train to be truncated. "In view of the numerous projects initiated by the MP and job creation,we urge him to remain focused to lift the image of Nzemaland, making it an enviable place worth living in," the statement concluded.
