GFA To Contract Anas To Investigate Perceived Corruption In The Association

Executive Committee member of the Ghana Football Association Cudjoe Fianoe has revealed that the Ghana FA has been considering engaging the services of ace investigative journalist, Anas Armiyaw Anas to investigate perceived corruption in the association.

According to the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of Ashantigold SC, the President of the Ghana FA, Kwesi Nyantakyi had suggested at one of their meetings to employ the services of the ace investigator as the wrong perception about the FA is gradually gaining grounds.

To Fianoe many Ghanaians have been made to believe that the GFA is corrupt and that they are considering engaging Anas to reveal to the whole country that it is a misconception.

“In one of our Executive Committee meetings the President Kwesi Nyantakyi even suggested we hire the services of Anas Armeyaw Anas to deal with this perception of corruption in football,” Fianoo revealed to Kasapa FM.

“We as custodians of the game are equally worried by this perception,” he added.

Anas Armeyaw Anas has recently released a video which has revelations of the judiciary taking bribes to influence their judgment and the GFA believes that he will be the best person to clear their image.
