Model Chloe Goins, who accused Bill Cosby of sexual assault at the Playboy Mansion in 2008, is suing the comedian.
The lawsuit, filed in a Los Angeles federal court on Tuesday, is the latest litigation against the comedian, and her complaint identifies 40 other women who have come forward to accuse Cosby of assaulting them.
