Blows In Ahanta West NDC Over Aspiring Candidate

The New Crusading GUIDE has gathered that hell has broken loose at Ahanta West Constituency of the ruling National Democratic Congress (NDC) in the Western Region when some supporters of the party over a couple of days ago nearly exchanged blows with the Regional Minister, Mr. Paul Evans Aidoo and some party constituency executives.

The information revealed that Mr. Aidoo and some constituency executives are allegedly trying to impose Ambassador Sam Pee Yalley on them as aspiring parliamentary candidate even though he has not go for vetting, but has file to contest with Mr. Kwame Aboagye the incumbent.

A close source within the constituency hinted this paper that the Regional Minister has for the past few days been using his position to intimidate all persons who publicly declare support against the actions taken by him and the executive to allow Ambassador Yalley contest the seat without going through the right process.

He alleged that the actions of the Regional Minister were a deliberate attempt to put fear into some members of the NDC who have declared support for Mr. Aboagye.

He said furthermore; the Regional Minister and his team of executives had allegedly made it a routine practice to give warnings to the NDC supporters to desist from their actions or see the worst side of him.

The source argues that Ambassador Yalley must be disqualified for allegedly failing to go through vetting process or they advised themselves in the upcoming 2016 elections.

Meanwhile, attempts to reach the parties involved to ascertain the veracity or otherwise of the story proved futile.
Stay tuned.
