Helen Ntoso Sure Of NDC�s Victory In 2016

The incumbent MP for Krachi West, Madam Helen Ntoso, who is seeking re-election, is optimistic that the NDC will bag twice as many votes it got in the region durring the last elections.

“This is because the people can see, at first hand, the fulfillment of our promises to them in the form of roads, potable water, electricity and other development projects,” she said.

In an interview with The Ghanaian Times in Ho last week, Madam Ntoso, who is also the Volta Regional Minister, said during her next tenure of office as MP, she would continue to work relentlessly to enhance the Krachi West Constituency’s status of a food basket, not only for the region but also for the country.

Madam Ntoso, who is standing unopposed, said that the various road projects in the area have opened up the communities for brisk business as they had become easily accessible and that had won the people’s confidence.

She said she would still place a high premium on health and continue to equip clinics in the constituency.

Government has alsoprovided solar lanterns and rechargeable lights in island community’s within the area.

Madam Ntoso, said brilliant but needy students would continue to receive support in various forms to continue their education.
