While Halle Berry is gearing up for another nasty fight in divorce court her first husband, former baseball star David Justice has come out swinging - hoping to finally clear his name and point the finger at the man who really abused her so many years ago. Justice, who was married to Halle from 1993 to 1997 is still angry about the rumors that he cheated on her and was so abusive he caused permanent hearing loss in her left ear, tweeted several messages last night.
