Search For Miss Malaika 2009 Begins

WHEN THE challenge was thrown out for beautiful ladies to audition for the Miss Malaika pageant, hundreds of ladies showed up. The task was not an easy one but the judges had to prune the large numbers down to sixteen ladies. These 16 lucky ladies will participate in the very exciting Miss Malaika series on television. The search for the next beauty of African origin; MISS MALAIKA GHANA 2009, has officially begun. Sixteen beautiful ladies were outdoored at the official launch of the pageant. For the next thirteen weeks, there will be a revolution on our television screens. We get to see sixteen beautiful ladies engage in a battle of brains and talent in their bid to be the next winner of the Miss Malaika crown. This season is certainly going to be memorable as all the contestants are confident, eloquent and most important; they have the looks to match. The episodes this season have been spiced up and are in segments including cooking contests, fitness challenges and quizzes. A very important aspect of the show is the eviction, YES; the dreaded eviction. Six lovely girls will have to be evicted before the finale.
