Veep Visits Wesley Girls High School

The Vice President, Mr K.B. Amissah-Arthur, on Thursday paid a visit to Wesley Girls High School in Cape Coast.

Mr Amissah-Arthur had earlier opened a conference of local government Coordinating Directors in Cape Coast. Accompanied by the Deputy Minister in charge of Secondary Education, Hon. Alex Kyeremeh and the Chief Director of the Ministry of Education, among others, the Vice President met with the headmistress of the school, Mrs Betty Jokoto.

They discussed a wide range of issues including the current admission challenges as well as the need to beef up the infrastructure of the school.

Later Mr Amissah-Arthur was conducted round the school, after which he addressed students as well as parents who were seeking admission for their wards.
