A reality television star has been sentenced to eight years in prison for drug trafficking.

Mendeecees Harris, a cast member on the New York edition of the VH1 show ‘Love & Hip Hop’, also agreed to forfeit the $171,000 he made from the television show - along with a 2011 Audi R8 sports car worth $111,000.
