Big Trouble For NPP Big-Wing

The New Patriotic Party (NPP) Member of Parliament (MP) for the Suhum Constituency, in the Eastern Region, Opare Ansah’s bid to enter the house of legislature in the 2016 general elections is likely to be jeopardize,  as the newly elected parliamentary candidate for the area, Margaret Ansei, has said she is ready to liberate the constituents from the claws of the NPP.

She pulled 2,227 of out of the total votes of 50, 86 in the party’s primaries recently and stood tall among her contestants and promised to carry the victory to the general elections next year.

According to the NDC candidate, though the current MP has served the people for long he was not able to take a single developmental project to help the area when compared to other constituencies in the country.

The Campaign Manager of the candidate, Percy Ofosu Anin Krosslyn, who spoke with this paper in an interview, stated that the area was lagging behind when it comes to development but assured that the current MP would be replaced by his candidate to elevate the area from its current poor state.

He said Magaret Ansei was a unifier and assured that she was ready to unit the party to ensure that power becomes the NDC’s in 2016.

Anin Krosslyn disclosed that his candidate is ready to also help the party’s presidential candidate win more vote in the constituency than before since she is the people’s preferred candidate.

He, therefore, called on the people in the area to vote the NDC candidate to ensure that power becomes her’s and that of the party to help bring massive development to the constituency.

The Campaign Manager said Margaret Ansei boasts of great achievements for the people of the area and assured that she would continue to do more when voted for in 2016.

He also said his candidate believed in mobilization of constituents, adding that she was ready to mobilize more women to create victory path for the party ahead of 2016.

“I feel very embarrassed to hear MP’s saying they don’t do development, Magaret Ansei is ready to demonstrate to the entire world that an MP can develop his or her constituency to the benefit of all regardless of ones political affiliation “Aninkrosslyn stated.

He therefore called all members of the NDC of the area to burry their differences and rally behind Margaret Ansei to wrestle power from the current MP in 2016.
