Grace Omaboe popularly known as ‘Maame Dokono’ has turned down an offer to marry Ghanaian actor Kwadzo Nkansah also popularly known as Lil Win.

Grace Omaboe revealed that she turned down an offer to act with the popular Kumawood actor. She said her decision had nothing to do with the appearance of the actor but instead it was based on the role assigned her in the undisclosed movie.

Grace Omaboe said in an interview with Oman FM, “I was called by one of these Kumawood movie makers and he wanted me to come and play a role in a movie which would feature Lilwin and my role would be his wife in the movie…how?

I turned down that role immediately…”

“Come on, you know this guy, he would make some derogatory comments which would try to ridicule my integrity as an old woman…he would poke fun at you and that is why I turned down that offer…”

Grace Omaboe further expressed disgust at the rate at which the comedian/actor is made to play the role of an Old man in a movie ‘when clearly there are aged actors who can play the role better’.
