He can be known for doing his best not to smile, but following the birth of his first son Saint Kanye West has good reason to be grinning from ear to ear.
The proud father of two couldn't hide his beaming expression during an outing in Calabasas, California on Tuesday, his first since wife Kim Kardashian West welcomed their second child together on Dec. 5.
