Days of checks and double-cross checks by the Ghanaian Observer (GO) have revealed that a large number of residents within and around Tema Community 18 are currently living in consternation and foreboding due to death threats concurrently received from a man who styles himself as the Advisor to President John Evans Atta Mills.
But Mahama Ayariga yesterday flatly denied that the Presidency, Osu or President Mills has any connection with the Tema Community 18 resident � Maat Opoku. According to him, Maat Opoku has no connection with the President and the Castle does not know him at all, for which reason the security apparatus in the country must investigate and bring him to book.
The Presenter said he was surprised by the action of the man, most especially as he described himself as the President�s Advisor because �if you are the President�s Advisor and you put up this uncomplimentary behaviour, I don�t think that is best at all.
