Fire has consumed a four bedroom apartment at Mfuom near Dunkwa-Offin in the Central Region.
It remains unclear the cause of the fire which occurred on Thursday.
Even though there were no casualties, properties worth millions have been destroyed.
According to an eye witness, properties in all the four rooms were burnt to ashes and pieces of Ghana cedis notes which were half burnt were seen lying under the debris.
It took about 2 hours for the Ghana National Fire Service to douse the fire.
