Bill Cosby appears in court to face sex assault charges: stumbles, carries a cane and is without wife

Bill Cosby was arraigned Wednesday on a felony charge of aggravated indecent assault and did not enter a plea, PEOPLE confirms.

The comedian was charged earlier on Wednesday for allegedly drugging and sexually assaulting former Temple employee Andrea Constand at his Elkins Park, Pennsylvania, mansion in January 2004.
