Prez Mahama Tells His Ministers: Work Harder This 2016

When your boss tells you to work harder, then that should be a wakeup call for you as an employee, particularly when employed by the government.

President John Dramani Mahama seems not satisfied with his appointees over the year but has however challenged them to work harder to achieve their aims.

Despite some impressive achievement in infrastructural developments by the Mahama-led administration – the president is expecting more from his minsters to secure them a win in the 2016 elections.

He pointed out that his government undoubtedly has a track record of unprecedented development projects which have been evenly distributed across the country.

“...in 2016 we should have been going in a better place than we did in 2012 because there is a track record on that. Everywhere you go you see the developments, we have good roads, enough water everywhere.

“We have done a lot and I can assure you that we will win this election” - the president said when addressing his Ministers, Presidential Advisers and Staffers at a retreat in Ho in the Volta region.

The retreat is being attended by the Vice President Kwesi Amissah Arthur and other leading members of the NDC.
