NPP Will Restore Hope To Ghanaians

The Tema West Constituency Parliament candidate for the New Patriotic party (NPP), Mr. Carlos Kingsley Ahenkorah last Sunday reiterated his party’s commitment to restoring hope and confidence to the devastated Ghanaian economy under the visionary and competent leadership Nana Addo Danquah as the next president of Ghana.

“I want to assure you all gathered here that my candidature as NPP parliamentary candidate for this constituency means a sigh of relief for a massive victory for both the parliamentary and presidential general election in November 7, 2016.”

Carlos made this declaration at a gathering after a heavily attended keep fit exercise last Sunday, the exercise organized by team Carlos brought together all the rank and file of party supporters and some floating voters numbering more than nine hundred.

He hinted that a vote for Carlos and Nana Addo in the November 7 polls was an endorsement of a competent leadership capitalized with a well composition of learned human resource who understands what governance is all about.

The legacies of the NPP’s only eight year term out of Ghana’s 58 years after independence is evident for all to witness.

The Tema West NPP Parliamentary candidate underscored that NDC’s second tenure in government under John Mills-Mahama and Mahama-Amissah Arthurs has been characterized by negatives and ill luck to the economy, citing collapse of local industries as a result of five years unprecedented energy crises, collapse of the National health insurance scheme, collapse of the education sector from the elementary to tertiary levels amidst killer utility tariffs and taxes which only end up in the pockets of government officials.

Performance in the forthcoming general elections, Carlos said that his gallant executives and campaign team will work very hard to increase the vote difference as compared to our performance in the 2012, he added.

The Tema West organizer for the NPP, Mr. Arhin Young in an interview with the Daily Searchlight mentioned that Carlos candidature for the constituency was timely and on point, According to the candidate’s pedigree was the surest way to accelerate the development of the constituency as the next legislator.

He recalled that the party polled 40,952 in the presidential and 39,950 in the parliamentary, he was optimistic that the PC will improve upon the 945 parliamentary votes difference, Carlos has an appeal to non NPP members and this was a positive indication that NPP will make a great impact in the Tema West constituency in the November 7 general elections.
