Regular Medical Check-Up Must Be Our Priority � MP Advises

The Member of Parliament [MP] for Ashaiman Constituency in the Greater Accra Region, Alfred Kwame Agbeshie has appealed to Ghanaians especially members in his constituency to have regular medical check-up.

According to him, this will ensure their good healthy at all times – “Ghana needs you so you must always stay strong.”

Alfred Kwame Agbeshie made this known during a free health screening he aided in his constituency for the public.

The free exercise was organized by some volunteers from the United States of America dubbed ‘Amazing Grace Children’s Hospital’, in partnership with the Autism Ambassadors of Ghana, led by Miss Alice Akosoa Amoako Mamagah.

Miss Amoako Mamagah expressed gratitude to the team from the USA and the public for their patronage – “We will continue to support the society.”

The health officials checked blood pressure, eyes, ears, throat and also treated other skin infections, including scabies among others.

According to Madam Gloria Nimo, the director of the volunteers from the US, based Amazing Grace Children’s Hospital – her outfit took particular interest in children and women because they are most vulnerable.

Some parents who were beneficiaries of the services rendered to them, commended the organizers and urged them organize such more often for the people in Ashaiman and its surroundings.
