One year after Bobbi Kristina Brown was found unresponsive in a bathtub in her Roswell, Georgia, home, her family and close friends are still fighting for justice when it comes to her death at age 22.

"It's still surreal," her neighbor and close friend Debbie Brooks tells PEOPLE. "My heart is so heavy and I miss her every day. Every time I walk by her house, I expect her to come running out."
